Baker University School of Professional and Graduate Studies introduces new Master of Business Administration degrees in executive leadership, finance, and human resources. The three new programs are offered online and can be completed in 12 to 22 months.
“We are very excited to be able to offer new advanced degrees to our students,” said Dr. Emily Ford, Interim Dean for the School of Professional and Graduate studies. “New MBA programs will allow Baker University to bring the knowledge, skills, and benefits to talented, ambitious, experienced people who are eager for professional advancement.”
Designed with demands of an ever-changing marketplace and required skills in mind, the Master of Business Administration in Executive Leadership is designed to develop a professional’s foundation of skills in management, analytics, human resources, finance, economics, leadership, ethics, policy, and strategic planning. Graduates will be prepared to lead an organization with attention to strategic planning and goal attainment, as well as ensure business sustainability, advanced critical thinking development, and oral and written communication.
The Master of Business Administration in Finance will prepare graduates to manage company finances, assess financial risks, and ensure business sustainability in a changing market. The Master of Business Administration in Human Resources will prepare graduates to oversee staffing, employee compensation and benefits, recruitment, and training and development.
Courses for the new MBA programs will begin July 30.
