Clear skies and mild temperatures will pave the way for a very warm Saturday. We will start in the mid- 60s. The afternoon high will reach to the lower 90s. That will set a new record. The old one is 90 degrees set in 1963. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. On Sunday, there will be an increase to the clouds and by late evening, rain showers and a few storms will spread in from Kansas. Some could impact the Chiefs game toward the second half. Watch for updates on the timeline. That chance for rain lasts into Monday, and another chance on Wednesday will usher in weather more like fall in the second half of the week.
